Looking for the ultimate Lake District adventure? This full-day guided experience combines white water rafting, duckies (inflatable kayaks) and a variety of outdoor activities, creating one of the most exciting adventure days in Cumbria.
No two trips are ever the same. Our experienced guides tailor each day to the weather, river conditions and your group. You could enjoy rafting, duckies, river swims, waterfalls, jumps, hidden gorges and other surprise activities if conditions allow.
Great for families, friends and corporate groups. Suitable for beginners, with no previous experience required. We provide all the specialist equipment and expert guides – you just need a basic level of fitness, the ability to swim and a sense of adventure.
We’ll provide all the specialist equipment and snacks. Just bring a packed lunch, trainers and your sense of humour!

- 10:00am – Meet your guide, get fitted with your equipment and receive a full safety briefing.
- Head to the river and begin your adventure.
- Enjoy a guide-led mix of rafting, duckies and other activities chosen to suit the conditions..
- Stop for a scenic riverside lunch (please bring a packed lunch).
- Continue your adventure with more time on the water and any additional activities your guide has planned.
- Return to the meeting point at approximately 4:00pm.
